These Terms & Conditions serve as a guideline for transactions between Bali Wood Resin, a brand of CV. Anjulie Jaya, and our local as well as international customers. These terms cover product orders, payment procedures, production processes, shipping arrangements, warranty policies, and the responsibilities of both parties.

CV. Anjulie Jaya reserves the right to modify or update these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice.

1. General Information

Bali Wood Resin is a brand of CV. Anjulie Jaya, an Indonesian manufacturer specializing in handcrafted furniture and interior products made from natural wood, resin, and other high-quality materials.

Our products include:

  • Resin wood tables;
  • Solid wood furniture;
  • Custom-made furniture;
  • Interior furniture;
  • Natural wood decorative products.

Every Bali Wood Resin product is crafted with a strong focus on material quality, precision craftsmanship, and unique aesthetic value.

Due to the natural characteristics of wood and the handmade production process, each product may have unique variations, including:

  • Natural differences in wood color;
  • Unique wood grain patterns;
  • Surface texture variations;
  • Resin details;
  • Minor differences in finishing results.

These characteristics are considered part of the uniqueness of handmade products and shall not be regarded as manufacturing defects.

By purchasing from Bali Wood Resin, customers acknowledge and accept the natural characteristics of each handmade product.

2. Product Pricing & Quotations

Local Customers

  • The listed product price is the final product price and does not include shipping costs.
  • Shipping fees will be calculated based on the destination, product size, weight, and selected shipping method.
  • Prices may change depending on fluctuations in material costs and production expenses.
  • Ready stock availability may change at any time without prior notice.

International Customers

  • Export prices may be quoted in USD (United States Dollar) or another agreed currency.
  • International quotations may follow international trade terms, including:
    • EXW (Ex Works);
    • FOB (Free On Board);
    • CIF (Cost, Insurance, and Freight);
    • Other agreed commercial terms.

Prices do not include additional costs unless specifically agreed in writing, including:

  • Import taxes in the destination country;
  • Customs duties;
  • Port handling fees;
  • Insurance costs;
  • International shipping costs.

3. Custom Orders & Product Specifications

Bali Wood Resin accepts custom orders for various purposes, including:

  • Private residences;
  • Hotels;
  • Villas;
  • Restaurants;
  • Interior design projects;
  • Distributors;
  • International buyers.

Custom products can be developed according to customer requirements, including:

  • Dimensions;
  • Design concepts;
  • Wood type;
  • Resin color;
  • Finishing style;
  • Additional details.

Materials and finishing processes will be carried out according to the agreement between the customer and Bali Wood Resin.

Before production begins, all product specifications must be approved by the customer.

Any design changes requested after production has started may incur additional charges or may not be possible depending on the production stage.

4. Payment Terms

For custom products:

  • Production will begin after the customer has made a 50% deposit payment from the total agreed price.
  • The remaining 50% balance must be fully paid before shipment or according to the agreed payment schedule.

The deposit payment represents the customer’s approval and agreement regarding:

  • Price;
  • Design;
  • Materials;
  • Dimensions;
  • Product specifications;
  • Production process.

For large-volume orders or long-term business partnerships, alternative payment arrangements may be discussed and agreed upon by both parties.

5. Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ)

Bali Wood Resin applies a flexible MOQ policy to accommodate various customer needs, including:

  • Individual customers;
  • Interior projects;
  • Hotels and villas;
  • Companies;
  • Distributors;
  • International buyers.

The minimum order quantity will be determined based on product type, material requirements, dimensions, and production complexity.

6. Production Lead Time

Production will begin after:

  • Deposit payment has been received;
  • Product specifications have been approved;
  • Required materials are available.

Estimated production time:

4–8 weeks

or depending on product complexity.

Production time may be affected by:

  • Design complexity;
  • Raw material availability;
  • Wood drying process;
  • Resin curing process;
  • Order quantity.

Any delays caused by circumstances beyond our control (force majeure), including natural disasters, transportation disruptions, political situations, or supply chain issues, will be communicated transparently to customers.

7. Product Quality Control

Every Bali Wood Resin product undergoes quality inspection before shipment.

Quality checks include:

  • Product structure;
  • Construction strength;
  • Joint quality;
  • Surface condition;
  • Finishing quality;
  • Product completeness.

For international customers, we can provide:

  • Production progress photos;
  • Production videos;
  • Final product photos before shipment;
  • Packaging documentation.

Customers may request third-party inspection before shipment, with inspection costs borne by the buyer unless otherwise agreed.

8. Shipping & Transfer of Risk

Local Shipping

Local deliveries will be handled through agreed logistics providers.

Shipping costs are determined based on:

  • Destination location;
  • Product dimensions;
  • Product weight;
  • Selected delivery service.

International Shipping

For international orders (export), Bali Wood Resin may assist with shipping arrangements through agreed cargo companies or freight forwarders.

Export shipments will follow agreed commercial terms, including:

  • EXW (Ex Works);
  • FOB (Free On Board);
  • Other mutually agreed terms.

Bali Wood Resin is responsible for:

  • Ensuring products match the agreed specifications;
  • Maintaining product quality before shipment;
  • Proper packaging according to shipping standards;
  • Delivering goods to the designated cargo/freight forwarder in Indonesia.

Once the goods have been received by the buyer’s appointed cargo company or freight forwarder in Indonesia, responsibility for further transportation becomes the responsibility of the buyer and the selected logistics provider.

Bali Wood Resin shall not be responsible for:

  • International shipping delays;
  • Damage during sea or air transportation;
  • Loss of goods after handover to the cargo provider;
  • Customs clearance issues in the destination country;
  • Import taxes or additional charges imposed by the destination country.

Buyers are strongly advised to arrange international shipping insurance for additional protection during transportation.

9. Product Assembly

For on-site assembly services:

  • Bali Wood Resin technicians are only responsible for assembling products purchased from our company.
  • Technicians are not responsible for moving goods, renovation work, or assembling other items belonging to customers.
  • Customers must ensure that the installation location is ready before assembly begins.

10. Order Cancellation & Returns

Ready Stock Products

Order cancellation is only allowed before the product has been shipped.

Once the product has been shipped, cancellation is no longer possible.

Custom Products

The deposit payment is non-refundable if the customer cancels the order after the production process has started.

This policy applies because materials, labor, and production processes have already been allocated specifically according to the customer’s request.

11. Product Exchange & Claims

Purchased products cannot be exchanged or returned, except in cases of:

  • Manufacturing defects;
  • Incorrect shipment caused by Bali Wood Resin.

Damage caused by improper use, incorrect maintenance, impact, improper storage, or external factors is not covered under our warranty policy.

12. Product Warranty

Bali Wood Resin warranty covers:

  • Manufacturing defects;
  • Production errors;
  • Incorrect shipment caused by our company.

Warranty claims must be submitted within:

2 x 24 hours after the product has been received by the customer.

Warranty claims must include:

  • Purchase invoice or receipt;
  • Photos of the product condition;
  • Supporting videos;
  • Detailed explanation of the issue.

All claims will be reviewed and evaluated before any resolution is provided.

13. Intellectual Property Rights

All:

  • Designs;
  • Product photos;
  • Videos;
  • Website content;
  • Brand identity;
  • Product concepts;

are the intellectual property of:

CV. Anjulie Jaya through Bali Wood Resin brand.

Any unauthorized use, reproduction, distribution, or commercialization of our materials is strictly prohibited.

14. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted according to the laws of:

The Republic of Indonesia.

Any dispute arising from transactions shall first be resolved through good-faith communication and mutual discussion between both parties.

If no agreement can be reached, the dispute resolution process shall follow applicable Indonesian laws or any international agreement mutually accepted by both parties.
